YouTipThe GetLocale function returns the current locale ID.
A locale is a collection of user reference information, such as language, country, region, and cultural conventions. The locale determines keyboard layout, alphabetical sorting order, date, time, number, and currency formats, etc.
The return value can be any 32-bit value, as shown in the Locale ID Table.
Tip: Use the SetLocale function to set the locale ID.
